PTC-1013 Spider Assembly (OEM: KOMATSU 561-20-12103 / 985-UJ-03018) is a high-speed universal joint cross assembly with application in Komatsu machinery driven lines in dump trucks and haul trucks. This spider assembly, is attached to the rear driveshaft / propeller shaft assembly, and it transmits the engine torque via the rear axle universal joint. It can be used in Komatsu HD785-2 / BH85 dump trucks.
The PTC-1013 spider assembly is fabricated of high-grade alloy steel forgings and provides high fatigue, high impact strength to withstand heavy mining and earthmoving duty cycles. The trunnion journals are also hardened and precision-grounded to allow the continuous loading of heavy-duty off-highways with high-torque.
