PTC-1075 Spider Assembly (OEM: KOMATSU 562-20-32100) is a universal joint cross assembly that is heavy-duty; it is applied in dump trucks and haul trucks in the drivelines of Komatsu machines. The spider assembly is connected to the rear drive shaft / propeller shaft assembly where the torque in the engine is passed on through the rear axle universal joint. It can be used with Komatsu HD1500-5 dump trucks.
The PTC-1075 spider assembly, constructed of high-grade alloy steel forgings provides exceptional fatigue strength and impact resistance properties to meet the challenging mining and earthmoving duty cycles. The trunnion journals are hardened and precision ground to resist the continuous high-torque loading in off-highway heavy-duty applications.
