The PTC 2037 Driveshaft (OEM: KOMATSU 426-20-12110) is machined to match the original in every dimension, so it installs in place of the factory part without any modification to the machine.
This shaft covers the span from the transmission through the centre of the frame and out toward the front axle, carrying torque across what's typically the longest section of the driveline. Because it spans such a long run, it's also the section most likely to show vibration first if it's starting to wear — a small amount of imbalance here tends to be more noticeable in the cab than the same wear would be in a shorter section. It's built with precision-balanced tubing and forged yokes to handle that span reliably under continuous loader duty.
