Where the rear spider assembly handles the flex at the joint itself, the rear driveshaft on a BEML BH60 is what actually carries torque back to the rear axle across the length of the frame — and on a haul truck running loaded cycles all day, that shaft takes a lot of sustained rotational stress. The PTC 2016 Driveshaft (OEM: 955-EI-02142 / 955-EI-03074) is machined to match the original in every dimension, so it installs in place of the factory shaft without any modification to the BH60.

This shaft runs from the transfer case back to the rear axle, and because it's operating on its own dedicated path separate from the front driveline, problems here tend to stay fairly contained rather than showing up as vibration through the whole truck. Operators usually pick up on it as noise or shudder concentrated toward the rear, often more noticeable during tight maneuvering around the pit or when the truck is fully loaded and pulling grade. Forged yokes and precision-balanced tubing are built into the shaft specifically to handle that kind of sustained torque without developing imbalance over time.
